My product is connected to the internet but it is still not warming properly. How can I fix this?

How do I connect to Alexa or Google Assistant?

Once your product is connected to the internet, you are able to use Alexa or Google Assistant for voice enabled commands. For Alexa, you can search for Warmee in the skills and games section on your Alexa app. For Google Assistant, simply hit the gear icon and search Warmee on the top of the screen. For both, you can follow the directions to install RH Sleep as a connection.
